Privacy Policy
This page explains what information I collect when you use minervalogic.com, why I collect it, and what I do with it. Plain English. If something is unclear, email me.
Who I am
Minerva Logic is a solo practice run by Craig Finch, based in the New York metro area. Contact: craig@minervalogic.com.
What I collect
Depending on how you use the site, I may collect:
- Leak Audit. Name, email, business name, business type, and your quiz answers. That is so I can show you results and follow up if you want.
- Fit Call / Zoho Bookings. Whatever you enter when you schedule (typically name, email, phone if you add it, and any notes). Zoho Bookings handles the calendar piece.
- Email. Messages you send to me, and my replies. Ordinary business email.
- Server and host logs. Basic technical logs the web host may keep (things like IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). I use these only as needed to keep the site running and debug problems.
I do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Paid work is scoped separately.
Why I use it
I use the information above to:
- Deliver your Leak Audit results and reply if you reach out
- Schedule and run Fit Calls
- Run the practice (conversations, projects, follow-ups)
- Improve the site and the audit when something is clearly broken or confusing
I do not sell your information.
Where it goes
Tools I use in the normal course of business:
- Zoho Mail for email
- Zoho Bookings for Fit Call scheduling
- Zoho Bigin optionally, for warm leads I am actively talking with
- The web host that serves this site and runs the audit form handler
Those providers process data under their own terms so I can deliver the service. I am not shipping your details to marketers or data brokers.
Cookies
I do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site. Hosting and the booking embed may set technical cookies needed for the page or calendar to work. If I add analytics later, I will update this page.
How long I keep it
I keep information as long as it is useful for the conversation or project, or as long as I reasonably need it for records or legal reasons. If you want it deleted sooner, email me and I will handle what I control.
Your rights
You can email craig@minervalogic.com to ask what I have, correct something, or request deletion. I will respond in a reasonable time. Some records may need to stay for a period (for example, invoices or emails tied to a paid engagement).
Children
This site and these tools are for business owners and adults. They are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local standard). I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
I may update this policy when the practice or the site changes. The effective date at the top will move when I do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the new version.
