These are short terms for using minervalogic.com, the Leak Audit, and Fit Call booking. Minerva Logic is run by Craig Finch. Questions: craig@minervalogic.com.
The site is informational
This website describes the practice and offers free tools so you can see whether a conversation is worth having. Nothing on the site is a bid, a proposal, or a guarantee of results.
Leak Audit estimates
Quiz results are illustrative estimates based on the answers you give. They are not a quote, a contract, or a promise of hours saved. Real numbers depend on your operation.
Fit Call
A Fit Call is a free conversation. It is not an engagement and does not create a client relationship or obligation to hire me.
Paid work
Paid work happens only under a separate written scope and price that we both agree to. Until that exists, there is no paid project.
No warranties on free tools
The site, the audit, and related free materials are provided as is. I do not warrant that they are error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Use them as a starting point for your own judgment.
Intellectual property
Site content (copy, design, mark, code on these pages) belongs to Minerva Logic unless noted otherwise. You may link to the site. Do not copy the materials wholesale for your own commercial use without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, scrape the site aggressively, attempt to break security, submit junk or automated spam, or use the site to harm others. I may block access that looks abusive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue for disputes is in New York (Rockland County or another appropriate New York court), unless applicable law says otherwise.
